Jake first served on the Township Committee from
1981 to 1983 and served as mayor in 1983. He was
re-elected in 2001. Jake is a retired fire inspector
with over 27 years experience in law enforcement
with special training in investigations and working

Jake has volunteered on the South Jersey
Transportation Authority (SJTA) since 1992, spending
many years as chairman. He is a past member of the
Egg Harbor Township Board of Education (1984-1995)
and current member of the EHT MUA, since 1983.
